Matrix Recruitment Group is currently seeking a QA Officer to be based in Wexford . This is a permanent job within the food industry. As a QA Officer you will be responsible for the day to day monitoring of the production process. Key Duties: Work as part of a team and to be proactive in the pursuit of continuous quality and process improvement. Implementation and maintenance of BRC, HACCP and GMP systems. Cross functional team work to meet project targets. Monitoring and reporting of quality standards to the management team. Implement, monitor and review corrective actions. Monitoring of the production process in line with factory HACCP. Candidate Experience: 3rd level qualification (Diploma / Degree) in relevant Science (Food Science or Chemistry. Some experience in a similar position within the Food Industry. Good communication, be confident, innovative and flexible. Good attention to detail and awareness of quality standards.
