Key Duties: Ensuring all validation activity are performed in a timely manner as per schedule requirements. Ensure Validation plan is accurate and all required Validation activities are performed as per Plan. Work cross functionally to ensure Projects are communicated well in advance to minimize impact to production schedule. Documentation, Approval and execution of Validation activities in a Quality compliant manner. Technician and Process improvements. Change control Team Member. Technical expert for Validation process and compliance adherence. Candidates Experience: Experience leading Change in an Organisation. Excellent communication skills. Time Management skills.
