Hartley People are currently recruiting for a HR Manager for a role based in Wexford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work within a well-established and dynamic company. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with all stakeholders, improving current practice and guide Management and the business in all HR activity. Advise business on key changes within employment law, ensuring best practice is exercised. Deliver and maintain essential, technical and employment law training to business units and line managers. Ensure documentation (e.g. contracts, handbooks, etc.), practices, policies and procedures deliver on company’s operational and legislative requirements. Control and development of recruitment, induction, training, performance development and management. Responsible for customer and management reporting. Maintain employee records and implementation of new HR software. Deal with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures. Analysing training needs in conjunction with Line Managers, and implementation of same. Management and delivery of HR projects. Lead on all WRC, Labour Court engagements together with appointed advisors. Requirements: Third Level HR Qualification or related qualification and CIPD qualified preferred. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a senior HR role. Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of Irish Employment legislation. Industrial relations and WRC experience. Excellent communication, engagement and organisational skills. Ability to speak Polish or Romanian, as advantage, but not required.
