You will work as a Transfer Agency Administrator for our client, an investment bank company in Wexford. Working as a Transfer Agency Administrator you will be working for an innovative financial services company offering asset management and wealth management, asset servicing, issuer and treasury services and broker-dealer & advisory services to clients around the world. This is a 12 month contract job. This is a part time role – 9:30 – 2.30 or 10 – 3. Your new job Key duties & responsibilities: This role involves the administration of Transfer Agency Services. The primary objectives of the role of a Transfer Agency Administrator are quality customer service and communication, accurate input and processing of investor data on TA systems, maintenance of shareholder register, completing anti-money laundering checks on shareholder accounts and other daily administrative tasks. Effectively monitor incoming trades to Client Funds to include those coming via fax, post, trade platforms and file transfers. Receive telephone deals and record details accurately in telephone deal book before passing to Supervisor for call back. Complete daily Lane Fax check when requested, in order to verify that all trades received via fax have being processed correctly. Participate in the completion of the daily trade capture reconciliation process. Input deals received from investors timely and accurately to the TA system in line with Departmental procedures. Ensure late trades or partial trades are escalated to your Supervisor immediately. Generate all daily dealing reports timely and accurate and pass to Supervisor for review and authorization. Prepare any weekly / monthly reporting required and pass to the Supervisor for review. Prepare daily prediction and intra-day cash flow reports to clients and Fund Managers for review by your Supervisor. Input prices and factors to the TA systems accurately and print off relevant reports. Pass to the Supervisor for review and authorization. Accurately prepare and file all daily dealing packs in preparation for offsite dispatch. What are we looking for? Desirable: Business related qualification. Transfer Agency experience is essential. Excellent Excel skills required, together with confident telephone manner and ability to work as part of a busy team against tight deadlines. Oral and written communication skills.
