Job Title Customer Service Representative

What you need to know

You will work as a Customer Service Representative for our client, a leading international company in Wexford.

This is permanent contract with a competitive salary package is on offer.

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Providing a high level of customer Service.
  • Ensuring correct entry of Purchase Orders
  • Providing other departments with all the information required to process the order immediately
  • Managing all communication with Customer relating to orders and shipping confirmations
  • Preparing schedule of shipments
  • Informing customers when their order has shipped and providing invoice and tracking details
  • Physical warehouse and Inventory Management
  • Logistics Co-ordination
  • Updating stock list
What are we looking for?

  • Relevant qualification is essential.
  • Experience working with in an international company would be a distinct advantage.
  • Customer service skills are hugely important and the ability to communicate professionally with customers/other departments/team members.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A strong desire to learn is a must, the successful candidate must be driven and motivated.
  • Multi-tasking , ability to achieve deadlines
  • Proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Excellent Planning and organizing skills.
  • Adaptable/Flexible approach to work is required, as this role is very fast paced.
