What you need to know

You will work as an Accounts Assistant for our client, a leading international company in Wexford.

This is permanent contract with a competitive salary package is on offer.

You will be joining a dynamic team with excellent training and development.

Reporting to the Financial Controller the Accounts Assistants will be responsible for the bookkeeping and accounts administration.

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable.
  • Accounts Payable
  • Monthly Intercompany Account reconciliations with foreign subsidiaries
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Expense claim processing
  • Credit Applications
  • Other ad hoc administration duties as required

What are we looking for?

  • Finance Trainee Graduate (big 4/industry) or strong experience as an accounts assistant in a medium size company - ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Must be fluent in English written and verbal.
  • Highly confidential and diligent
  • Self-starter with a strong ability to multitask and achieve deadlines.
  • Flexible, team player
  • Open to fast paced work style and results driven
  • Must be willing to travel to the US Operations regularly
  • Experience working with in an international company would be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven time management skills
  • Excellent Planning and organisation skills.
