Job Title HR Assistant - County Wexford
Description

Hartley People are currently looking for a HR Assistant to join a global company based in their Headquarters in County Wexford.

Responsibilities

  • This is a new role supporting the Global HR Manager

  • Assist with the recruitment process to include job descriptions, adverts, short listing, references etc

  • Maintain employee files

  • Support the HR Manager with projects

  • Assist with developing and implementing policies and procedures

  • Point of contact for HR queries

  • Support management across the business with HR queries and issues

Requirements

  • Third Level qualification in Human Resources

  • Previous experience in a HR role

  • Must be highly organised with high level of attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

  • International experience

  • Ability to travel if required
