The Role. Lead, motivate, develop and drive production teams across different shifts. Linking all aspects of the production. Monitoring performance against KPIs and addressing shortfalls. Maintaining a continuous improvement mind set. Adjusting work schedules to meet customer demand. Involved in short term and medium term manpower planning. Identification of training needs. Undertaking team performance reviews. With a willingness to learn and a hands-on, coaching style. Ensure that health, safety and compliance requirements are promoted and maintained. The Person. 2 years experience of leading a team in a production environment. Excellent Communication skills. Team player is key. Must be flexible with working hours. Experience in dealing with conflict. Working knowledge of Microsoft.
