Description: We are a one of the leading hygiene service providers in the country and part of a large, successful European company. At present we have a vacancy for an administrator for our head office in New Ross. The successful candidate must be a flexible team player with a good attitude. Responsibilities: • Maintenance and management of debtor accounts. • Printing and processing of delivery dockets. • Customer service. • Credit Control. • Setting up new accounts. • Inputting customer contracts. • General office duties as required. The Candidate: The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with specific reference to the following: • Strong IT skills. • General accounting/administration experience. • The ability to carry out tasks in a timely basis. • Be a self-starter and have relevant experience in a busy office. • Previous customer service experience. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
