FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager on behalf of a leading agricultural business in the Wexford area. This is a full-time permanent role.Reporting to the Operations Manager, the jobholder will have responsibility for the management of all Site operations, the development of customer relationships and all sales, margins and debtors. Duties Manage the branch in line with the set annual budgets. Develop Customer relationships and grow the sales across our product ranges in both Agri and Retail. Manage the day-to-day operations, people, costs & sales  Ensure efficient stock management. Ensure the branch presentation is to the highest standards. Full adherence to all companybpolicies, processes and procedures. Candidate profile. A passion for delivering excellent customer service to all customers both Agri and Retail. A strong and wide knowledge of all Agri sectors. Have an excellent understanding of retail standards and possess a flair and keen interest in this area. The successful candidate would ideally a professional qualification Bachelor of Agriculture or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of computer systems- SAP, EPOS and Microsoft Office.
