Working as a Client Processing Representative you will be working for an innovative financial services company offering asset management and wealth management, asset servicing, issuer and treasury services and broker-dealer & advisory services to clients around the world. This is an 11 month contract job. Your new job. Key duties & responsibilities: Ensure all payment requests received meet the standard authentication requirements (training provided. Input payments on the numerous cash platforms (training provided. Work as part of a team to ensure all payment requests received are actioned within a timely manner and before currency cut off. Carry out control checks at intra and end of day to ensure all requests have been actioned. Provides quality client service and support to internal clients and occasionally external clients on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner. Execute all correspondent requisites in a timely and accurate manner with an understanding of the underlying business and specific client needs. Responds to client inquiries, escalating non-standard issues to a Team Lead. Investigates and corrects errors in company records and client accounts. Accurately opens and updates accounts or company records. What are we looking for? Desirable: 3rdLevel Qualification. Strong clerical and keyboard skills with particular focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in using Microsoft packages particularly Excel. Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
