We have an opportunity for a driven and professional Sales Team Leader to work with the PrePayPower Field Sales Team in our South East regions (Wexford, Carlow, Kilkenny and Waterford). This role requires individuals who are self-motivated with excellent presentation and communication skills. A bit about the job: • Ensure the assigned team hit daily targets. • Training and development of junior agents. • Ensure a high volume of sales and also ensure the sales are all of high quality. • Ensure compliance and company ethics are adhered to. • Team Lead for our agents in Wexford, Carlow, Kilkenny, and Waterford. Requirements: • Door to Door Sales Experience. • Team Lead experience an advantage. • Professional demeanour. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Keen work ethic topped with a desire to learn new skills. • The ability to self-manage and work independently but also be a team player. • Great presentation and closing capabilities. • Confident personality backed up with a knowledgeable approach.
