Together with our Client CPL Waterford are currently recruiting for a Group HR Advisor to join a well established and expanding Financial Services company in Wexford. Overall purpose of the role To assist the Group HR Manager in the provision of an efficient HR Support to key stakeholders in the business to enable them to deliver key deliverables within their units and maximise value to the Group. Key Responsibilities. Support People Leads with interpretation of HR policies and processes. Supporting People Leads on any employee relations issues. Promotion of the Performance Management System and assisting People leads where needed. Sourcing/researching training providers as part of skills providers database and organisation training as requested. Administration associated with L&D such as budget tracking , skills matrix updates and maintaining the Skills Database on Softworks (HRIS), MCC tracking. Promotion of the L&D culture though monthly updates on successes and providing information to staff. Provision of support to the Business relating to HR System requests. Compensation and Benefits administration at renewal and general updates throughout the year. Recruitment & selection process from start to finish as required and maintenance of relevant databases to ensure best utilisation of talent available. Provision of HR Induction & Introduction sessions for new starters and follow through of on-boarding process. Administration of the Reward & recognition programme. Monthly processing of payroll information to Finance and efficient tracking of changes. Updating HR system for any amendments needed with scanning/saving soft copy files, maintenance of hard copy files if applicable. Letters of changes to T&Cs and payroll capture, general admin requests from staff and maintenance of electronic and hard copy HR Files. Support on any of the HR Strategic initiatives and projects as required. Deputise for the HR Manager at meetings from time to time. Supporting CEO PA as required. Qualifications and experience. Three to four years experience working in an HR role with a couple at Advisor level ideally. CIPD qualified or working towards. Third level business related qualification (with an HR focus ideally but not essential. Ability/willingness to travel between the Group offices. Excellent IT skills with system adaptability.
