About the business: Dermot Kehoe Supply & DIY Ltd was established in 1999 and currently employs over 25 people in our extensive premises on Woodbine Road, New Ross, Co.Wexford. We are the largest dedicated builders providers and DIY store in our area. In Spring 2015, we opened a showroom opposite our main store which is dedicated to displaying our wide range of wood flooring and doors. Due to the growth of this area of the business we are looking for a marketing & salesperson to continue the business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Sales in a doors & floors showroom, will involve cash, credit sales and quotations. - Overall store marketing responsibilities, in-store and online. This includes scheduling and implementing weekly departmental promotions, along with working with our buying group promotions ARRO Home Garden & Build. - Support and report to the sales executive. - Dealing with suppliers, purchasing and ordering stock. Person Specification: - 3-5 years sales experience. - High level of computer literacy, experience with the Microsoft Office and social media platforms. - General stock control experience not essential but would be an advantage. - Good intrapersonal skills, excellent communicator, ability to work individually and as part of a team. - Highly motivated and target driven. - Marketing experience.
