Our client, a Co.Wexford based sporting organisation currently have a vacancy for an experienced Chef . This is an excellent opportunity for growth and personal development for the right candidate. The role: Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes. Assist in the development of new dishes and menus. Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins. Implement and work to HACCP Standards. Uphold order and discipline in the kitchen during working hours. Ensure the hygiene and food safety standards are met in all stages of food preparation. The person: HACCP trained and degree or certificate in Culinary arts desirable. Previous experience as Commis Chef or Chef de Partie essential. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
