In July 2015 the Irish owned Distilled Media Group and Schibsted Media Group, the Oslo listed international media group and leading player within online marketplaces globally, announced the establishment of a combined business, Distilled SCH. Distilled SCH owns the three highly successful Irish online marketplaces DoneDeal.ie Daft.ie and Adverts.ie. We are now recruiting a Creative Content executive to join our Motor Team. The Motor team are responsible for all Motor products across Adverts.ie and DoneDeal.ie. This role will mainly be focused on the DoneDeal.ie platform, but will see lots of collaboration across the business. The Content Executive will help deliver our content strategy that aligns to the DoneDeal Motor brand and resonates with our user. You will work closely with everyone on the Motor team to produce all content which focuses on quality and putting user needs first. Maybe you have recently graduated or you would love to get experience in writing content then this could be the perfect role for you. Initially, this is a 6 month contract. Here is what you’ll be doing: Research users to determine suitable content and topics to meet user needs. Produce articles and content with a focus on timely completion in alignment with product launches. Lead editorial meetings to manage content ideas and deadlines with a broad range of stakeholders. Editing and sign off of all creative content, ensuring all copy is fact checked and within style guidelines. Work with the marketing team to ensure optimisation and reach of the published content. Track and measure success of published content to determine the next step. You’re our next Creative Content Executive if you: You live and breathe cars! Motor industry knowledge is a distinct advantage. You have experience working closely with digital teams and producing online content. You have a passion for writing, with excellent copywriting skills and impeccable spelling and grammar. Have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. 1+ years experience in a similar role.
