SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE REQUIRED FOR 4* HOTEL IN KILDARE. We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie in a busy 4* hotel in Kildare who is flexible, dedicated and hard working with the capability of carrying out all duties to a consistently high standard. The main responsibilities for this role are to assist the kitchen brigade to ensure we consistently deliver the highest standard and quality of cuisine to our customers, in a safe and hygienic environment. Specific responsibilities include: To ensure all guest requests are met. To assist Head Chef in updating all menus consistently and seasonally according to standard. To ensure all products used are well above standard for quality. To ensure all Standards are met in relation to mise en place, food preparation and cooking, food presentation and food hygiene, To ensure there are excellent lines of communication open with food service personnel. To assist in all areas of the Hotel kitchen as required. Successful applicants must have: A minimum of 2 years previous Chef de Partie experience in a similar environment. Ability to work under pressure. Recognised chef qualifications. Good working knowledge of HACCP. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Salary.
