Our client, a leading Waterford based company currently has two vacancies for an Engineering Program Lead in QTA and Tech Services. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Program Lead to join a leading Pharma company who are continuing to expand and grow their facility in Waterford. You will have the opportunity to execute projects in a fast paced, multi-disciplined, cross-functional team environment. THE ROLE Lead cross-functional, multi-site teams, in technology transfer and business integration of new products into lab systems. Provide updates to the Project product leads on all aspects of Quality TT scope. Facilitate meetings and resolutions to problems as they arise. Collaborate with core product team to meet overall project deliverables. Management of project deliverables in line with integrated lab systems. Identify areas for improvements and working with lab Area SMEs, Leads and management team for the TT process. THE PERSON 10 years + in biopharma industry. Dip / Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent. Experience in an Analytical or Quality program role is desirable. Have program leadership experience. A proven track record in the ability to transfer goals and objectives into measurable plans. Ability to identify gaps/risks and put appropriate remediation plans in place. Ability to lead/facilitate problem solving. Strong process and manufacturing background. Strong analysis and reporting. Ideally have direct experience of sterile TT programs.
