Our client, a Co.Wexford based Hotel currently have a vacancy for a Front Office Manager . Analysing the yields, reservations and revenue returns. Managing and overseeing the reception area. Managing and motivating a team of staff. Managing rates and hotel availability. Answering e-mails and using other computer programmes such as Microsoft office. Checking guests in and out using a reservation system. Adhering to hotel policies. Dealing with customers' requests and complaints quickly and efficiently. The Person. Previous experience working in the Hospitality industry essential. Previous experience managing a team of people. Strong analytical background. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication skills. Work well as part of a team and on own initiative.
