Position: Quantity Surveyor. Location: Wexford. Salary: Dependent on Experience. Due to continued growth and expansion a leading Contractor in Wexford are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor. The ideal candidate will possess the following traits but is not restricted to: • A relevant Third level qualification. • 3 years plus in a similar role. • Experience in Tender Preparation. • BOQ. • Estimation experience. • Final Accounts preparation. • On site and off site experience. • Ideally someone who has worked within construction of large developments. • Residential Developments, Refurb projects alongside Health and Commercial projects.
