This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineer to join a leading manufacturing company as an Engineering Team Lead. As the Engineering Team Lead , you will lead and develop the Engineering Operations Team and technical capability to support operations. Previous experience in a sterile manufacturing environment along with previous maintenance management experience is essential for this role. THE ROLE. The company is going through an expansion phase and as the Engineering Team Lead you will develop a high performance team, deliver a continuous improvement program for Engineering and take responsibility for the technical reliability and maintenance of all process equipment and utility systems. In addition to this you will take ownership of small capital projects, promote and develop LEAN methodologies and develop the Engineering Maintenance Management System. THE PERSON. Proven track record in team and individual development. Qualified to a minimum of degree level in engineering or related discipline. Minimum 5 years' engineering experience within pharma environment (preferably within a sterile manufacturing environment. Previous supervisory experience in Maintenance Management.
