Our client, a Waterford based dynamic contact centre, a people company, who have passion and dedication to the growth and success of their employees are currently looking for a German Speaking Customer Solutions Specialist to join their team. This is a Monday to Friday position with day’s hours only. Ideal Candidate shall: Fluent in German. Effectively and clearly communicate with customers. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and be adaptable to change. Maintain focus on the customer and make empowered decisions with integrity, empathy and compassion. Have the ability to navigate multiple applications in several environments. Possess a strong work ethic and be highly reliable. Responsibilities Include: Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard customer inquiries; receives instruction, guidance and direction from others as needed. Navigate through appropriate customer service systems and tools in a timely manner while servicing the customer. CRM application is the primary tool. Maintain quality scores and call centre metrics. Inform customers of promotions and new or upgraded products. Explain product options and related charges clearly and concisely. Requirements Fluency in German is essential. Leaving Certificate (or equivalent. 1-2 years customer service experience. Self-motivated, upbeat, consultative demeanour, combined with a high energy level. Strong customer focus, team player and strong work ethic. Strong verbal communications skills including diction, grammar and tone. Able to handle confidential information.
