Foreman required by David Flynn Limited for a new project which has started on site. The ideal candidate will have a construction management qualification or come from a trades background, however site management experience will also be a key factor. The ideal candidate will : • Have a minimum of4 years on-site experience. • be happy to take full responsibility for sections of the works. • be very good at organising and supervising site operatives and sub-contractors on site. • be familiar with completing general day to day health and safety paperwork on site. • have excellent references. Current First Aid Training &orManaging Safety in Construction qualification would be an advantage.
