4 month contract – senior office administrator – €12-€16 per hour doe. hours – 9.00 – 5.00 monday tothursday 9.00-4.00 friday. this role involves general office duties to include: all elements of maintaining and administering timesheet, annualleave & sick leave (inputtingdata into tms system. email and phone management – responding on behalf of managers where appropriate. general administrationand pa duties for 2 managers. candidates should have: excellent working knowledge of tms (time management systems. previous experience in an administration role. previous experience in a pa role. a high level of computer literacy, especially word, excel, powerpoint, outlook. excellent communication and organisational skills. a strong customer service ethic. excellent accuracy and attention to detail. flexible and reliable, with excellent time-keeping. ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a small team. previous experience in a similar role an advantage. fluent spoken and written english. this job originally appeared on recruitireland.com.
