Job Title : Brand Executive. Team : Commercial. Status : Full Time (9-5), Permanent. Reporting to : Commercial Manager. Role Summary : As a member of commercial team, this role will involve assisting senior grocery brand managers in their daily duties in additional to managing a small portfolio of brands. Typical Daily Duties will include : Preparation of customer forms (promotion submissions, new listing forms etc.) Sales and margin reports. Promotional analysis and claim-backs. Stock Management - forecasting and ordering. Working with principals (brands) to agree all activity for brand portfolio which will include regular face-to-face meetings in addition to regular phone and email communication. Preparation of information for sales team including promotion schedule, brand training information, details on new products, planogram updates etc. Attendance at customer meetings alongside sales team may also be required. Education & Qualifications Required : Degree in Business or related discipline advantageous but not essential. High levels of proficiency using MS Excel. Experience Required : 2-3 Years in fast paced, commercial environment. Strong commercial acumen essential. Previous experience of working with pricing, margin calculation, preparation of reports. Strong skills with excel. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing or supply chain and proven experience in dealing with lots of figures/numerical data.
